Welcome to the 2019-2020 School Year!

I look forward to starting the year with you. Our school theme is cactus, and we are "on point" in room 6 this year!  Here is a list of optional items you may want to bring to school:

  • a refillable water bottle that has a pop up top or straw (no screw on lids, please...they tend to spill).
  • a decorative folder...I will give a plain colored plastic folder to each student.
Handy Tips for the Classroom

  • Bring a backpack everyday.
  • Bring your water bottle home on Fridays to be washed.
  • Label all sweatshirts, jackets, coats, and umbrellas with your name.
  • Bring a snack everyday.
  • Bring non-food items (party favor bags) for your birthday or a book to donate to the class.

  • No pencil boxes from home.  We use supply trays, which are much more efficient and take up less space.
  • Do not bring markers or balls unless you want to share them with all your classmates and you don't care if they get lost.
